Simple exercises, done in cycles, alternating between high intensity and rest. A great form of exercise for those of us on tight schedules, wanting to get maximum results in short timeframes.

Suitable for all  fitness levels.

DANCERCISE

Dancercise combines low to medium impact aerobic exercise,

with advanced body co-ordination. Simple to challenging moves choreographed to good music will have you working up a sweat, and you'll have to keep your wits about you!
